Hush & Wander — proposal

Private proposal prepared by Abhinav Kumar for Hush & Wander evaluation only. Design and implementation are not licensed for commercial use until purchase and final payment.

A proposal for Adam Ames · Hush & Wander Vacations

A new front door for Hush & Wander.

Eighteen unforgettable stays deserve a website that presents them properly. I built the working foundation—this is what it can become and where it can lead.

Where guests land today

Your rooms don't whisper. Your website does.

Book Now!
One photo and a search bar.

The entire homepage. No story, no rooms, no reviews, no reason to stay.

A blurry logo.

The first thing every guest sees — at actual resolution, shown left.

A template.

The same site thousands of rentals use. Nothing says Case Collective.

What that costs

Platform fees

make marketplace bookings more expensive.

Airbnb uses different host-fee structures, while Vrbo's traveler service fee varies by reservation. A stronger direct-booking experience gives returning guests a clear way to book through your brand while keeping marketplace channels available.

So I rebuilt it

It's more than a mockup. It works.

A working boutique-hotel concept for Hush & Wander—18 stay pages, your voice and your photography already in place, with room to refine the experience around your priorities.

La Maison Élevée — the film

Every property can have one — for the site, for Instagram, for ads.

What's inside

Everything a guest needs to say yes.

01
18 property pages

Galleries, your own descriptions, amenities — browsing never leaves your brand.

02
You, front and center

"Meet your host" — because guests book people, not listings.

03
Book-direct engine

Every page sells the no-fees advantage, then hands off to your existing Lodgify checkout.

04
Built for phones

Where your guests actually are. Fast, smooth, effortless.

05
Two collections

The Case Collective and Baja Escapes, each with its own world.

06
Lean modern hosting

No WordPress dependency or plugin stack. Hosting can remain on a free tier while usage stays within its limits.

Adam Ames

"On-site, and real. Not corporate." — your words, finally on your website.

The math

The payback can be measured—not guessed.

$800–$1,500

the proposed website range, depending on the final custom scope.

$70–$100

an illustrative amount retained per direct booking; Adam's actual payout data should replace this assumption.

8–22 direct bookings

the illustrative break-even range using those two assumptions—not a promised timeline.

The exact opportunity becomes clear once we review average booking value, channel mix and repeat-guest behavior together.

Low-disruption path

Improve the storefront without rebuilding operations.

Lodgify untouched

Calendar, payments, Airbnb sync — your whole booking system keeps running exactly as-is. I replaced the storefront, not the cash register.

Launch after review

We confirm content, links and final scope together before anything replaces the current website.

Hidden until you say go

It's invisible to Google right now. Nothing changes for guests until you approve it.

Three ways to build

Start with the website. Scale when it makes sense.

Website foundation

$800–$1,500
  • Custom scope based on requested features
  • Responsive property and collection pages
  • Direct-booking paths and mobile polish
  • Domain launch and ownership handoff

Optional care plan: $125/month
Hosting, updates, backups and minor content changes. No long-term contract.

Ways to take it further

Immersive property experienceEvery social profile, Airbnb listing and direct-booking path connected in one place—plus cinematic walkthrough videos generated for every unit, ready for the website, Instagram and TikTok.
Custom scope
AI operations systemA tailored workflow for guest-message replies, call answering and routing, inquiry follow-up, review requests and recurring admin—connected around the tools you already use, with human approval where it matters.
Custom scope
Built around the businessWe map the repetitive work first, then automate the highest-value pieces so the operation runs faster, guests get quicker answers and your time opens up for growth.
Discovery first

Advanced media and automation are quoted after a short workflow audit. Final systems depend on platform access, integration support and agreed approval rules.

Illustrative growth scenario

One property can become a daily growth engine.

AI-assisted slide posts and cinematic walkthrough videos turn the existing portfolio into a consistent content library. Adam approves the weekly queue; the system schedules two useful, varied posts each day.

2× daily60 posts each month
60posts per month
60Kviews at an illustrative 1,000 average views per post
600website visits at a 1% view-to-click rate
18inquiries at a 3% visitor-to-inquiry rate
2–4bookings at a 10–20% inquiry-to-booking rate
$1,200–$2,400

illustrative monthly gross booking revenue
Assumes a $600 average booking value. The same content system can also capture buyer and seller leads for Adam's realtor business; that upside is not included here because transaction values and commissions vary.

Planning example only—not a forecast or guarantee. Actual reach, conversion and revenue depend on content quality, audience, seasonality, offer, platform distribution, advertising spend and follow-up.

The simplest next step

Let me walk you through it in plain English.

No technical preparation needed. We can review the website, content system and automation ideas together, then decide what is actually useful for your businesses.

30–40 MINUTES
A guided walkthrough

I explain the concept on a call and answer every question—without tech jargon.

TOGETHER
Choose what matters

Website only, immersive property content, automation—or none of it. No pressure.

AFTER THE CALL
Exact scope and quote

I send one clear plan with deliverables, timing and price before any commitment.
